Hi

My sister has a Davey mandolin that she bought a number of years ago from new.  She is suffering, though (must be a family trait) with hand arthritis and is finding mandolin too painful to play for any length of time and so is thinking of selling it.   

Inevitably, it has resulted in a question, "You know about guitars - where would I sell this and how much should I ask?"  Sisters, eh...what are they like?

Anyway, I have no idea whatsoever on either count. 

Anyone got any thoughts of best place to advertise and broad opening price?  It's only been lightly used, is in A1 condition, beautifully made, sounds great and comes in fitted case:
