Line 6 G10 charge issue

Stupidly forgot to remove the transmitter after a gig and then went on holiday.
had a right job trying to get the transmitter to charge back up eventually resolved by pushing the transmitter into the charger then plugging the whole caboodle in to the mains.
hope this might help someone in the future…
