One of those names you may not recognise but she had hits in her own name as well as being a backing vocalist to rock stars.

    She was part of the success of so many huge artists, but usually supported them in the background (yes I get the irony).
    Bowie's 'Panic in Detroit' from Aladdin Sane is one of my all time favourite tracks that featured her superb vocals.
