FS: Danelectro Wasabi Rock-a-bye delay+drive pedal
This is a combination of vintage, analogue style delay (mostly tailored for slapback) and a vintage overdrive pedal. It's from the relatively short-lived 'Wasabi' range of Danelectro pedals, which I believe were a more fancy version of their usual cheaper range of quirky 50s style pedals. They were from the mid to late noughties I believe.
These are about twice the size of the more common pedals and are made of diecast metal so are heavy duty. Originally bought it as I wanted a JHS Milkman (slapback+clean boost) on the cheap. The delay on this great, perfect for my 50s rock'n'roll band, but the drive side is very much a drive pedal as opposed to a clean boost, and it colours the sound more than I wanted. It's not a bad OD sound at all, just not what I wanted.
No idea on pricing - prices on the usual websites seem to range from around £65 up to £100+ on some sites. Presumably due to the relative rarity and collectability.
Let's say £40ono delivered?
