But here we go anyway... why is there still a section for the Guitar Show 2018 under 'Events' ?

    Because no content is ever deleted


    I probably set that up as a sub-section originally.  Idea being that all the threads relating to that event would then be easier to find.  And all future years would have their own sub-section too.
    Having trouble posting images here?  This might help.

    OK, but I'm still puzzled as to why not deleting redundant or outdated sections might be appropriate.
    And why is there no subsequent similar content, Guitar Show 2019, 2020 etc. ?

    As it turns out, one of those events of years gone by is STILL pinned at the top of the Events section AFTER subsequent iterations of the same event have ceased to be "sticky".  :3
