Me. With loads and loads of 'phrase by phrase' drops in's and a lot of help from Melodyne

I created the multi part vocals by taking the originals and duplicating the tracks, then introducing slight timing offsets between them. Loads of cheating.

I've put in another one just for fun. Bit of Dolly. Based off that "played at 33rpm" version (which brings the riff down to a speed I can play it at).

A few weeks ago I made a track for that very song which just needs Mrs Flying Pie to do the vocal. Thankfully it's a slightly different style but I was hoping nobody else would record it.

Have sent mine in - an obvious choice for me.

Drums, tambourine, guitar and singing are all me.
Midi tracks for bass and the piano "borrowed" from the great resource the "Ultimate Guitar" Guitarpro files and chucked through "humanise" and Toontrack instruments.

I had a fifteen minute window to do my vocals earlier but unfortunately cubase took an age to load and then had buggered up my tempos, so the recorded stuff was out of kilter. Then the sister in law came back (staying here at the moment, much to my chagrin) so i had to stop. If i get them done at any point I'll post it here but happy to be excluded from any voting

Edit going to try the garage, hopefully

Agreed. I loved the science fiction action move music intro as well as the creative use of the vocal

cheers chaps. Usual story - started out with all these ideas then found myself with naff all spare time, then forgot about the deadline!! Just so busy, so the track ended up about half as long as I planned.
One sample in it - the vocal, all the rest original.
