Haven't tried these but they are built in Glasgow and look interesting: https://sineeffect.com/shop/megapara/

I have the WMD one, it's nice and compact. There is a learning curve due to freqs not being labelled and a large amount of overlap on the bands but it's fine once you're used to it

    Good luck with your search

Hi thanks, yeah I've seen this company and I've seen the WMD one. The sine effects one won't fit on my board unfortunately. I've read the WMD one can be noisy, only read to be fair. I know all EQ's by nature add some hiss but there's a video on YouTube comparing the ParaEQ to a GE-7 and MXR 6 band and it's noticeably quieter so may play it safe with the ParaEQ. I'd love to see a comparison between the Equator and ParaEQ's noise floor. Also more I think about it, the extra filters on the ParaEQ deluxe could be very useful, especially the low cut, allowing you to boost the lows and and then remove the flub.

Can’t say I’ve noticed any noise with my WMD. I am running it at 18v so maybe that helps. It is going into a crunchy amp after a noise gate and my rig is whisper quiet

Having said that I have no doubt the ParaEQ is completely flawless. Definitely a buy-once situation. I would not turn my nose up at one :-)
