Ibanez Pue5 Tube Multi Effects Pedal.

This is a brilliant under the radar multi effects from Ibanez from, I think, the late 80’s. First up is a vintage tube screamer and the Tube drive is a copy of a Chandler Tube Driver. The unit contains a tube...these pedals, when sold separately, are often over £500 each. 

The digital delay and chorus are pretty decent too.

It has a effects loop also to bring in other pedals.

But it is a USA unit so I am selling it with a transformer (or £210 without the transformer if you have your own - this transformer cost me £33). A few knocks and scratches commensurate with age and life on the road, I assume.

These units are £300 to £400 if UK power, when they come up (not very often) so price is a bit of a bargain. 

Recently serviced by Electrohill so it works fine. One knob is a non original replacement. 

Selling as I've now finally got a uk powered one (that cost more!) as I didn't like the weight of the transformer when lugging it to gigs.

As one review says: what if you could have, in a compact, well designed unit, a real, original Ibanez Tube Screamer, Tube King w/real 12AX7 tube, Delay, Chorus, Noise Reduction, FX Loop, Line Level out, stereo outputs, a cab sim headphone out, and a tuner out? Plus, what if it would allow for saving program patches as well as stomp-box functionality? And, what if it were built like a tank? Well you can have that dream! It's this little gem! The PUE-5 Tube, particularly the Gold Top version, is one of the rarest pedals/effects units ever made.
