Just updated my HX after realising it can now do a decent Boss OC2. As I'm heavily in bass-learning mode I'm having loads of fun. I think I may need to buy a proper one...

    Get the OC-5 instead.

    It does a VERY good OC-2 impression but with better tracking, and the custom setting has pretty much flawless tracking as a more modern octave pedal.

    Of course now the Whammy fan in me is wondering if “better tracking” is actually better or just different…?

    I have a board with literally just an OC-5 and a HX Effects on it (the HX can't do the lowest not tracking thing... yet). If I get chance I'll compare them.
