How small? @octatonic has three available (here: https://thefretboard.co.uk/discussion/244020/12u-rack-on-wheels-3-of) and from your location in profile looks to be local to you. Plenty of room for a amp along with some rack effects and possibly a pedal drawer.

I've a 4u wooden carpet covered rack. It got a 2u drawer in it. Quite heavy.

I think the OP is looking for a Live in Rack, like one of these below? rather than just a 19" rack.. @sihackett29 is that right? or have I mis-read?

What amp head - they vary in sizes from Dual rectos being actually quite small to Diezels being huge
