1980s Peavey Encore 65W guitar amplifier with spring reverb
footswitch for boost and reverb
loud, quite heavy
has been revalved but i'll include the originals

Huge clean headroom, but will turn van halen when you engage the overdrive function (single channel with boost rather than 2 channel). Dial in some of the gain and it does a nice plexi thing with a les paul. Or use a tele and play country, its that versatile. Loud enough for any gig you dont need to mike up for.

Built like a tank with huge transformers, this amp will go on forever.

    Found the original valves. The valves are probably worth £100. An entire loud working valve amp for less than the price of a pedal?

    Changed the reverb valve and cleaned the pots today. Amo s in amazing condition given its 40 years old.
