My new TR-6S has inspired me to create new performances, I have never felt this enthused!

I have been sharing on SoundCloud but I’d like to do some videos as Jamming always seems better when you can see the person, so when the track goes into a momentary repetitive loop, you can see the performer is sorting the next parts out!

i have two DSLR cameras, I have a Tascam Model 12 and I have a MacBook Pro. I even have access to a half decent webcam and Mic as my Son does game streaming from time to time.

what I lack however is the software knowledge to record and sync up these jams! Obviously I can record the footage from two seperate DSLR cameras and also the Webcam and then use the Model 12 to record the Audio into the Mac. But what does one use to sync it all up?

is there an equivalent to a Daw for this kind of jamming??

    When you say streaming....you mean as a livestream or just recording then posting the vid ?

    Both to be honest, but mainly streaming live . I’m thinking of doing a set of live lunches and do a 30 - 40 minute improv set a couple of days a week

    Thanks, I'll take a look at that.
    I do most of my compositions on the fly and without the computer on and I now have the means to capture said performances via hardware, or even the software multi tracked.
    I am not a performing person, but I want to give it a try and the worst that can happen is I'm crap at it, nobody watches and I'm playing to an audience of me!

    I also want to record the sessions so I can upload them to YouTube after the fact. One day I hope to be good enough and have the confidence to play at an Electronic Music Open Mic night (EMOM)
