FS: Martin Custom Shop 00 14 Fret Adirondack Spruce & Sinker Mahogany

Beautiful Martin CS 14 Fret 00 - essentially a very very nice CS version of a 00-18. If you've been on the lookout for a 00-18, played one, but wanted more clarity, depth, and volume this is the guitar for you.

Adirondack Spruce Top
Sinker Mahogany Back and Sides
Scalloped Adirondack top braces
Sitka back braces
Black Ebony fingerboard
Black Ebony bridge
Short Scale

1 3/4 Nut

Neck Shape: Modified Low Oval. To me, this is the Goldilocks not too thick, not too thin, and perfect for intricate fingerstyle.

In excellent condition, zero dings/scratches/mars anywhere. Hesitant to say mint only as there's some very light swirling to the pickguard and in the finish, if held under bright light at odd angles! Frets are excellent, with no bellying of the top and the action and intonation are spot on.

Bass-side string height at 12th fret: 3/32"
Treble-side string height at 12th fret: 2/32"

Have all the paperwork, fancy leather booklet, and original case.

The only trade options would be for a Martin Golden Era 00018, PreWar or Bourgeois 000 (14 fret), with cash to you.

Local pickup (London), don't want to risk it with a courier.

    I tried this a while ago. In the end I decided it was’nt for me( got a Collings instead), but it is a beautifully made and balanced instrument, in excellent condition.
