Hello,


A new purchase forced moving this on.

This is a Yamaha BBVIs from 1983 (I think).

These are made in Japan, similar spec to a BB300 (I may be wrong that) and from what I understand, fair rare- ish; I hadn’t seen another until I bought this.


Basically sounds amazing, like the most attack-y P bass you’ve ever heard and wanted. The super easy playability you want without a pokey short scale and a wider than average body that looks brilliant. 

I’ve priced this around (slightly lower) than one Bass Bros had recently which was in poor condition, this however is great for its age.


Any thoughts, questions, offers, please let me know. Absolutely no trades though.
