Boxed with power supply, usb cable etc. Has Velcro on the base but the rubber "feet" are still attached. 

In very good condition with some small marks from general use. Too much for my needs these days but an absolutely superb unit. I preferred it to the HX Stomp - although horses for courses and difficult to say one is better than the other. I found less fiddling with this and the Boss X Amps are excellent - however, I also loved some of the "real" amp models - Deluxe and Twin in particular. Easy to tweak from the unit but the Boss software is very good too. 

FX are the usual Boss standard and this includes pretty much every effect you could want.
