Advice/observations re Zoom R12 and Zoom R20.

I am thinking of buying a Zoom R12. 
  Anyone got or had  one or a Zoom R20. 
Anything I should know ?
 What are the main differences between them? 
Any observations much appreciated.

    Been using the R20 with the kids at school recently. It’s a fun easy to use bit of kit. 

    However, the old R24 was (imo) better with far greater functionality.
