Easy songs to learn?

I've never learned other peoples songs, well, I did learn 2, but that's not a lot considering that I'm 51 now! I was listening to a live rendition of 'Don't stop believin' on the way to work and I thought I'm sure I could play that! A few chords, a short solo ...

Anyway, I figure it's time I got off my ass and learned a few songs, so I'm looking for suggestions of cover band type songs that aren't too taxing! Any suggestions?
