Best builder for a Fender Jag style build?

Hi Folks,

I was wondering if someone could recommend me a builder for a Fender Jaguar build?

My dream guitar is a black Jaguar with matching headstock, with a bound and blocked fretboard.

Unfortunately Fenders recent offerings have been pretty dire, so looking to go custom.
