Up for sale is this incredible strat body made of pine. Very hard to find a strat body this light and made the total guitar weigh 6lb 12oz (and that's with a Callaham steel bridge!).

Sale is for the body and pickguard only. Could include the other plastics if required, but that can be discussed.

I also have an aged bridge assembly that I can include for an extra £70 or sell separately. This includes the bridge pictured which is from a 42nd Street custom built Strat and a trem claw and springs from a Callaham bridge.

Worth noting that there is an extra hole next to the strap pin on the bottom of the guitar. It's completely out of sight so you'll never know it's there, plus of course the fact that the body is aged you really can't notice it. You can just about see it in the first picture of the guitar when it was complete.

    Sorry I forgot to mention in the listing it is made of pine. The guitar I had it on originally had a 1 piece swamp ash body and I was a little skeptical about switching it to pine because I loved the sound of the guitar. However I really wanted the extra weight saving and if I'm completely honest I thought it sounded slightly better if anything. Very negligible though. Pickups were the Lollar Dirty Blonde set with a Fender American Original 50s neck
