It has 4 buttons and a jack for external buttons/expression. It is painted with orange sparkle.

Works fine as far as I can tell. Full disclosure: the manufacturer is no longer supporting this model so no more firmware updates, etc. (if that matters to you) - doesn't stop it working.

Includes sticker, quick start sheet and branded plectrum!
