Have you tried a squirt of contact cleaner in the Boss DD-3's switch? It's worked every time when I've had temperamental Boss switches.

Those long chip DD-3s are not hype. The repeats are beautiful. I will not part with mine

  • Wow, a Rosetta Stone, I actually gave it that name. It is/was made by a friend of mine in Germany who never got a proper commercial release of it off the ground.

It’s one pedal I always have on, EQ points are based on Fender tone stack, the bands are divided, processed separately and then recombined at the end.

  • Does the Rosetta Stone translate your signal into perfect French/German/Mandarin, etc?

The name was based on the idea that the pedal allows your guitar/pickups and amp to better communicate with one another.

The EQ is great for tightening up or taming whatever frequencies might be misbehaving. It also does a phase alignment thing which nearly sounds like a Sonic Maximizer or something but completely analogue, so even set flat I really like what it does to sound.

I own two of these, which I paid full price for. It does a thing which no other pedal I have encountered does.
