MIM 62 reissue Jazz.

Hi all

anyone have any experience of these from the early 2000s?

Ive heard anecdotally they were nitro finished with American parts but can’t find any information online about them. Also keen to hear about how they would stick up against the MIJ reissues from the same period and beyond.

    You appear to describing the Highway1 series. American woodwork, pickups and pots. SE Asian metal hardware. Thin nitro finishes that sink in to the grain and wear off around the edges.

    Nice instruments - especially if you can find them tastefully upgraded rather than abused.
