WYSIWYG editor bar shows then disappears

Help needed please. I've been trying to post today with a photo, however the WSIWYG editor bar disappears before I can click on the icon to include the photo address. In fact it flashes up and disappears before I can do anything. Is there a glitch?

    iOS. It's been fine until today.

    Works fine for me. But in order when I get that sort of problem I try:

    • Closing the tab and trying in a new tab
    • Quitting the browser and restarting it
    • Turning the device off and back on again
    • Clear the cache/history 
    • Hard reset
    I very rarely need to go as far as step 5
