    customer support seemed to imply otherwise when talking to them.

    Dont get me wrong I think they’re brilliant pedals and have several Strymon.

    Yeah I agree. I'm sure there's the odd dodgy one around and that warranty issues may happen depending upon the circumstance but koss should start a thread in the FX section about his woes rather than derailing a wtd ad imho.
