    The correct term is 'pre-factory move'. Pre-factory guitars are very rare and very valuable. No CEs were made in the pre-factory days.

    No matter whether a guitar is before or after the factory move the quality is exactly the same. What makes this a little rarer and different from most CEs is the small heel and alder body. I'd assume it also has dragon Is too.

    Quite a few early ones have a chainsaw bridge pickup too, or occasionally a deep-dish II. There were a lot more options available at the time to customise your orders, even on the entry-level CE model. 

    Nice guitars though for sure, but the thread is pretty worthless without pics to grab a buyer ;)
