WTB: nickel wraparound bridge

daveyhdaveyh Frets: 648
Has to be compensated, ideally with individual adjustable saddles. It’s for my 2001 junior so not interested in something that’s shiny, want some age to it.

On Juniors with the basic wrapover combined bridge and tailpiece, the intonation compensation is normally factored in via the placement of the stud inserts.

The "lightning bolt" ridged version is for guitars like my 1965 Melody Maker where the studs are equidistant from the nut.

    Got NEW Faber ones.

Is there is sufficient travel in those adjustable saddles to work with either Gibson bridge stud layout?
    Be seeing you.

My junior has staggered posts but a lightning bolt wrap over hence the need for a new bridge . I’m after a badass type for a 70s vibe.

depends if Gibson have put the studs in the correct spot I guess. If they are hopelessly out  then nothing will work.

When talking about guitars that may have slightly different arrangements by year of manufacture it can be quite striking how much variation there can be, and sometimes you have to wonder about Gibson, Fender or whoever that make a strict reissue including all the flaws of the original for the sake of being "authentic"
Look at these two here that popped up from a quick search today

Perhaps when discussing matters like we have been here a slightly more scientific method should be used such as taking measurements rather than just assuming that everyone knows where the posts are on every guitar ever made just by the brand and year, nobody carries that level of encyclopaedic knowledge
Unless there is a chart up somewhere for everyone to be able to refer to, then you have to go back to first principles and take measurements.
