My first blues gig

I have been playing for years in various bands however I have never played a blues set. Until next month that is. So I have been practicing this last couple of weeks trying to get my chops together (along with a set list etc). 

Now I can’t play blues in an authentic way so mine is more blues rock I guess? 

I thought I’d throw up a solo we did from last nights jam session. It’s just guitar into Silver Jubilee

    You say that but all the ingredients are there - nice vibrato, tone, chops to spare, bends are all in tune. So all you need to add is a bit more genre-specific vocabulary which based on this clip you're more than capable of playing.

    @lewy thank you for your kind words. 

    I suppose I grew up listening to classic rock and British blues rock rather than the more authentic blues (though I like it) so that influence is shown.
