Bug in 'Last Active' Date?

Just an FYI, really. 

It seems there's a bug in the 'Last Active' data (or at least its display) for some users. So I have PMs this month from a member who was last active in December 2021, according to his profile. And he has posted comments since, too.

Not a big problem, but odd.

    Incorrect. It's been happening for about 8 years ;)

    Yes, it's a bug, and it's not even fixed in the latest version of Vanilla (which we don't have anyway, but it shows their lack of attention - or, more to the point, their lack of willingness to fix issues like this outside of their closed-source hosted version, which doesn't have this problem).
