I think I might have Carpal Tunnel in my picking had. I’m struggling to even hold a pick and have played once in the last 6 months. 

While I’m waiting for hospital appointments to see what’s going on I was thinking about just playing left handed, no right hand at all. 

Can anybody recommend any exercises solely for left hand speed, strength and dexterity.

    Turn the distortion up and then just play away! Don’t stress the carpal tunnel hand AT ALL.
