As far as I can tell - 1998-2004 era Japanese Bacchus Jazz. 

Foam green 
Rosewood board on maple neck
Board is nice dark close grained rosewood
Nice fast neck - not ultra slim 
Alder body
Frets all 100%
Weight 7lbs 8oz

Great quality build, showing a couple of marks (see photos)
Rare to find and even rarer in this condition - knocks spots off USA Fender

£650 plus carriage (or collect from NW)

    No - Bacchus produced Jazz and Precision models until 2005 and model/series are largely unknown.
