  • Hi Andy, I have a pair of Gibson mini humbuckers that came off my old 70’s LP deluxe, had them in a series V firebird until I sold that on, kept them in a drawer ever since with the idea of putting them in a Tele, but I’m at an age now where that’s not likely to happen.
I don’t use bank transfer or any other new fangled form of payment other than cash, if they are of interest and you fancy a drive, I’m just down the M5 from Bristol not far from junc 28, make an offer I can’t refuse, Mike.

I have a Seymour Duncan Antiquity II 1014-09, nickel finish, 14" of single conductor + braided shield output cable. The tag on the bag says 6.40k.

I am reluctant to let this go because of what it would cost me to replace it. Depending on whom you believe, retailers are listing this model brand new at anything from £160 to 210. (The shops with the lower price tend to be out of stock!)

    UPDATE:
It has been pointed out in another Discussion that a Firebird pickup fits the same pickguard cut-out as the PRS Type-D used in the S2 Vela and Studio models. I think I know where my Antiquity will be going.
    Be seeing you.
