FS - Tele Pickups. Handwound Custom Shop Texas Special & Dimarzio Area T
As part of my money raising quest after an expensive purchase, I can offer these fine pickups for sale to the forum.
Set 1 came out of a CS 61 Telecaster Relic. They're hand wound Texas specials so pretty hot alnico 5. Over 10k at the bridge and 9k at the neck. The neck is quite stratty, but regardless its a very fine neck pickup. The bridge pickup is hot and huge. If you like Bakersfield twang, these aren't for you, though they can clean up and still sound like a tele. These are not the same as the custom shop Texas specials you normally see, which aren't handwound and don't sound as good. I was after £125 for the set inc P&P, now £100

Set 2 I can't comment on the sound as I never tried them, but they're Dimarzio Area t, Alnico II, 7.5kish each. Well known and respected tele pickups. £100 inc P&P takes the set. All picks in dropbox below.
