Machine Heads for Gretsch Junior Jet.

What's Hot
It is an ideal Short Scale Bass i often use for recording, but the machine heads are really rubbish and need replacing
Without spending a packet, can anyone recommend something better ?

How fussed are you about the screw holes from the stock 'heads showing after you have fitted the replacements?

Judging by the limited real estate on the GJJB headstock, you are probably looking at Gotoh GB707 or budget clones.

Hipshot Ultralites will work but at considerable expense.

Ping Well, Chin-ho or Jin-Ho should be affordable and do the job. (They make the stock 'head on some German Warwick basses.)
    Be seeing you.
