First up apologies, I know nothng so if the following is p*sh any help in refining it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

With arthiritus developing, I'm looking into getting a Strat based guitar made and wonder if anyone knows where I can get a neck or a guitar where the neck has the following specs: 

Neck radius: 12" (30.5 cm) 

Neck width: 1-5/8" (41.3 mm) at nut, 2-3/16" (55.6 mm) at last fret

Compact V shape

Flat fingerboard

Frets: 22 low profile, wide
