Velcro on the bottom of the receiver pack. The micro suction tape on the transmitter is a bit smushed about but you can buy spare from Smooth Hound if need be ( it is on their website, just takes a bit of searching). You’ll need two AAA batteries for the transmitter. 
These are £149 new and this has had a bit of use ( not that I was doing world tours). Only issue was that it doesn’t like being next to a modum which is unfortunate as my modum is next to my guitar stuff.
£35 delivered feels worth my while, if I can’t sell it for that I’ll stick it back in a cupboard.
