Guitarist wanted for indie rock band

 

Ideal Marriage need a second guitarist. You can hear three songs we have recorded here:

We have around 10 new songs written too.

 

Ideally aged mid 20s to mid 30s. Must have own equipment and transport and be able to rehearse once a week in Oxford.

 

Reverb and delay pedals pretty essential!

    You could add a few more bygones to that list too! So much more good guitar based stuff out there. The same old stuff seems to get referenced and shown off by us guitarists.

    I love that some people don't know those bands. I love that there is an age requirement, when all of the influences are decades old and any 20-30 year old listening to them now is doing so out of nostalgia and dad rock appreciation :lol:

    we've found someone now

    The age range was purely based on the practicalities of being at a similar life stage to prospective members, we're all aged 29-35. I think an 18 year old or 60 year old member might feel a bit out of step with the rest of us
