WTB - Squier Japan E series neck. Long shot I know!

I love my Squier e series so much. I’d love my partscaster more than I do if it had a similar neck. I’m not willing to split my Squier.

So, looking for an E series neck. Actually not too fussed about maple or rosewood.

May also have a MIM 60s classic neck available on a part exchange type of affair.

What nut width? P, J or somewhere in between? (44mm, 38 or 42ish.)

    Again, P or J?

Sorry, should have stated it’s a strat. I’d need to check the nut width. Do you have an e series neck?

@Funkfingers it’s a Strat neck. I’d need to measure the nut to be sure. Do you have an e series strat neck?

The nearest I have is the neck from a mid-to-late Eighties System 1 Stratocaster. Depending on year, some of these had a Fender decal, others read Squier. The actual necks are identical with a conventional nut and a Kahler-inspired behind-the-nut string clamp.
    Be seeing you.

Even I was tempted by this - until I realised it was MIK.

I have an eighties MIJ strat and I, too, would like to make a matching partscaster. That neck is fantastic.

Cheers @Flyingv Looks decent, but I’m after a MIJ e series specifically because it had the truss rod access at the heel. I know I’m a cork sniffing bell, but I just don’t like the look of the truss rod access on the headstock!
