Right ... I wanted one of these for YEARS. Like, forever. I wanted to be Paul Gilbert and Nuno. So obviously the route to that is the pre-amp isn't it? Then the practice comes after.

Anyway, I bought this off eBay (if you search for completed items, this is the one that was in Greece). I got it, it's in good nick. Plugged it in and all is well. I even bought a RAT to go with it. Sound great!

Thing is, what I really need now is something to use for practice (i.e. to get better), and this doesn't help me. I bought a cheap AXE FX II, and that does everything I need. Now I'm sat with this pre-amp, completely unused.

Selling at the price I paid (minus shipping and import stuff etc.)

The pots are a tiny bit scratchy, so could do with a clean. A wiggle sorts them.

It comes with a Euro plug, didn't change it as the computer power strip thing I have already had one. Bloke I got it off said he was the original owner, and me owning it for a month means I'm the second.

Any questions, requirements for more photos ... all that stuff, let me know. No offers on this, at least for now.

    Bump - I set this up using my new Axe FX as power amp/speaker sim and it’s great. 

    Quite nice to have an actual valve in my signal chain when I can be arsed. 

    Getting a good Nuno tone following some YouTube settings advice. Don’t actually need the RAT.

    Lazy bump. It's sat in the rack under my Axe FX and hasn't been switched on for months.

    It's super cool, but I'm just using nothing but the JCM800 model on the Axe, and my actual JCM900 MV into a loadbox.
