Fender  Twisted Tele neck pickup in good condition. As you probably know, these are great if you are after a slightly clearer (almost stratty) tele neck tone and are not readily available as a single (normally you have to buy a pair new or wait for a used one to surface - which doesn't seem to happen that often).

This one is the Custom Shop one apparently (wires are different colours) but I'm not sure that it sounds any different from the regular one that comes in Baja Teles - either way sounds great!.
