Software for adding/accessing presets to Hardware Synths

Sorry if this is basic and I'm missing something.

Is there software that I can get, that will create custom presets for my hardware synths.

For example, my Microkorg, I want to be able to open said software:

>create preset
name: moog esq bass
Device: MicroKorg
Bank: A2

Then over time, instead of remembering all my presets across devices, I can just open the software and chose a bass sound etc...


Orrrrr, Shall I just get a pen and paper and write them down?

Hope that makes sense, I'm still a midi noob
