Taken from a mint home use only 2008 MIJ Tokai ES130 which now has Monty's PAF's and a Montys's wiring loom in it.
There was nothing wrong with the quality of sound with the original set up, just fancied a complete change.

    Hi, just checked the resistance, the neck which is detached from the loom is 7.5, the bridge which is still attached to the loom is reading 11.1, which surprised me, I might well be doing something wrong though. 11.1 would suggest its a hot pickup I suppose, it didnt seem very hot to me last time I played the Tokai with it in, both pickups were well balanced.
    Anyway hope this helps.

    Ok thanks. To be honest I think I will pass.
    I have a mate who has a Tokai with some killer pickups in it and was hoping yours would be similar but 11.1k is too hot. I have actually had a Tokai with pickups that were also 11k so I would think you have measured them correctly.

    I have an ES 130 and did the same thing ........put a Wizz PAF set in thinking it would be Mega because the guitar itself is just superb ......but the grass always greener etc etc 
    TBH ;I preferred the Tokai set and sound but I can't be arsed to change it all back 
    these are very good pickups
    I seriously doubt the 11 reading is correct.
