    Thomann's GBP prices no longer include 20% VAT since Brexit, which you'll be charged on import. So it's actually £300, plus whatever import duties you might get hit with - certainly no cheaper than the likes of Andertons.

    That Vox looks cool.  In the end we bought a Nux Mighty Plug - takes up no space, sounds good (in fact the UBass sounds superb through it) and has built in drum machine and effects.  If she wants to play without headphones she can plug the headphone out into the aux in of her bluetooth speaker thingy.
