Hi all,
Rio Grande Tallboy Humbucker in excellent condition.
Asking £90 PPG shipped - Trade or PX possible.
These are unusual to find in the UK and this pickup is quite interesting in character.
Centre/Centre measurement between the outside pole pieces is 52.2mm - F-Spacing.
Two rows of slug poles - you'll see why below....
44cm of cable. 4 conductor wiring.
Includes mounting screws and springs.
US Price new $160 + Shipping $20, plus UK Duty and VAT (approx on total @ 25%) total $225 which would be about £180 landed in the UK?
This is a humbucker which splits beautiful to give truly excellent single coil tones.

" A true humbucking for people who will not compromise on the "single coil" mode of a standard humbucking type pickup. Fits a conventional humbucking cavity but when split to one coil give you the sound of a "true" single coil.
Why? ... because it is! This feature when combined with a middle position single coil gives you the ultimate "quack" tone in the #2 position of you 5-way switch. Sound fantastic in the full humbucking mode too! A greater harmonic range than a regular bucker. Imagine the natural response of the perfect single coil buckerized."
Well, there you have it - it does what they claim and is the perfect pickup for the bridge position in an HSS with authentic SSS tones as well on, ahem...tap.
