Twice in the last three months someone has asked me to form a band with them to play at an event. No problem, I've convened the 3-piece version of my pick-up band, with a setlist of over 200 songs ready to play tomorrow, and they've joined the band for the gig! Based in Cambridge, will travel with lots of notice and for big bucks!
Next week a consultant surgeon is going to be featured guitar soloist and keyboardist at a Doctors' Ball at Kings College in Cambridge, plus he's going to sing a few songs with us backing him. So if you're hankering to play live in front of an adoring crowd, this could be the solution!
