Marshall 9004 Rack Preamp No longer for sale.
A nice little solid state preamp made in the UK in the 90s. It might be solid state but it sounds pretty good for what it is. Has a nice clean channel with volume, treble, middle and bass and an overdrive channel of gain, volume, treble, middle and bass. Pair it with a valve poweramp and it is rather good. Has an FX loop with level switch and can be run mono or stereo. Uses the simple one button footswitch when changing channels, or you can just press the button at the front of the preamp panel. Runs off 15v AC, it doesn't include the power supply but you can get one from Maplins or somewhere easily. It did originally come with the original power supply, however it was broken and useless when I got it. Working fine, has the usual signs of rack wear and also scratchy pots for it age. Also from the internal pictures Scotty also had a part in making this one which makes it even better. I'm selling it because I recently got a nice deal on a JMP1 preamp and I'm fine with that now.
