One consideration is the orientation of the terminals and chassis ground. Will your existing cables reach with enough slack to solder outside a Les Paul switch cavity?

On an Epiphone guitar, it will probably be necessary to widen the hole to allow the threaded barrel through the top of the guitar. Masking tape will minimise finish cracking. The proper switch bushing removal tool is a worthwhile investment.

I ordered it in the early hours of yesterday morning and it arrived today! Cant fault service like that. Hopefully this will get my GT working again, quality looks good, it does look a little bigger but the seller said they had an Epi switch there and the diameter was the same, so with a little luck it should all fit together coolio.
