SOLD : "T" top Gibson Humbuckers, matched pair from June 6th 1980

A pair of "T" top humbuckers that I have owned and used for around 15+ years. Date stamped Jun 6 1980 and PAT NO 2737842 engraved in them.
Neck measures 7:43 and bridge is 7:46.
29cm of braided cable on the neck, but only 16cm on the bridge.
If you look closely you will notice that the bridge has one bobbin cover marked with the normal T and the other bobbin cover is not marked and is what you would be more likely to see on a PAF. From what I have read this is something that happened quite a lot where leftover parts from previous pickup runs were mixed in with the new runs.
These pups sounded sweet in both my 81 Tokai 335 and my 93 OBG and really nice with some gain. Only selling as I have a pair of Hausells now which suit me more.
