This is a Stetsbar Pro II for Tele style guitars, with Graphtech Ghost piezo saddles.

I had this fitted to a Tele Variax conversion.  It works brilliantly, but I found I didn't use the trem as much as expected, so I went back to a traditional Tele bridge.

    @mrkb - until you mentioned it I didn't even know it came with one!  Mine was sourced and fitted by a luthier, so I don't know if he fitted it or not - I didn't see it until the finished guitar was delivered.  He certainly never mentioned it, but I can ask him.
