NGD + recommend some good acoustic songs to learn
I picked up a very nice Faith Venus with a hardcase a few weeks ago for a really good price. Guitar is in absolute might condition.
Edit - I'd post a pic but currently sucking at Imgur

I got it primarily as my daughter plays ukulele and wants to play some songs that ho.hope together.
This is the first acoustic I've owned in 25yrs of playing. When I'm not plugged in to an amp I normally just play my tele unplugged around the house.
When I'm plugged in I like fuzz and delay and phase, so acoustic is a new thing to me !
What are some good songs I can learn on acoustic ? I've been learning a few Stones songs like Bitch which plays great acoustic and delving into some Neil Young.

Neil Young - Old Man, Heart of Gold.
Bert Jansch - Blackwaterside, Blues Run the Game.
Beatles - Blackbird
Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here and there are a few decent acoustic versions of Shine on You Crazy Diamond on YT.
Wilco - Jesus Etc.
Bob Dylan - Buckets of Rain
Nick Drake - Pink Moon
The list is endless and that's before you get to pure finger style stuff.
“Theory is something that is written down after the music has been made so we can explain it to others”– Levi Clay
Old man Neil Young
Old Laughing lady Neil Young
Needle and the Damage Done Neil Young
Here Comes the Sun. Again strummed or picked.
Fly Me to The Moon. Sounds great picked and is relatively easy if you're new to fingerstyle.
Freight Train. Again good one for developing fingerpicking.
Hey There Delilah. Picked or strummed.
Sitting on the Dock of a Bay.
Bellbottom Blues works well fingerstyle.
Nobody Knows you When you're Down and Out.
Just about anything by the Beatles.
I can't sing to save my life, so I tend to go for songs with a strong melody.
