Hi , how can I just attach a wiring diagram image from my files  to a new conversation ?

    You need to host it somewhere and then paste the url in the 'attach image file' option at the top of the comment box. You can host it at imgur for free. Go here to upload your image. Once it's uploaded right click on the image and select 'copy image address' (it should end in .jpg). This is the url you need to paste in the 'attach an image' option.

    You can upload images to by the same method, with a 2Mb size limit

    Try this courtesy of paganskins "I'm just right mouse clicking on the image in imgur, choosing 'copy image address' then back here clicking the black page icon above and pasting the address in and hitting return"

    If you're using a tablet (or apple devices at least) then you need to put a space after the image address before you hit return
